Frequently Asked Questions
Choosing the right care shouldn’t feel confusing. Here are some of the most common questions we hear.
How do I know which program is right for me?
Many women come to us unsure of what’s happening with their bodies. That’s why we start with a discovery call, so we can understand your symptoms, goals, and concerns before suggesting a care pathway.
Do I have to sign up for a managed care program, or can I just book a consultation?
What if I’ve already seen other doctors or tried treatments before?
Our providers will take any self-reported symptoms and history you provide into consideration to come up with a care plan that works best for you.
Do I need a formal diagnosis to book a consultation?
Not at all. You can come to us with a diagnosis, a concern, or even just a feeling that something’s off. If you already have a diagnosis, you could choose to get started on a managed care program. Or, if you’d like, our providers can determine if things have changed since and by how much.
How long does it take to start seeing results?
It depends on your condition and goals. Some women see improvements in weeks, while others see progress over months. We focus on providing evidence-based care tailored to you and adjusted to your progress and lifestyle, to enable you to live your best, healthiest life.
I’m not sure if I need help, can I speak with someone first?
Yes. Book a quick discovery call with our care team. No pressure, no commitment. Just a safe space to ask questions and figure out your next steps.
